4. Payments and Transactions

  • Payments on PayOkuk are processed through third-party licensed payment service providers. We do not directly store or manage customer funds beyond the scope of processing transactions for airtime, data, TV, and electricity services.
  • All funds received are applied strictly and immediately toward the purchase of digital services on the platform and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used for any unrelated purpose.
  • PayOkuk is not a digital wallet, bank, or financial institution and does not offer money storage, transfer, or withdrawal services.
  • All transactions are final once processed. We do not offer refunds except under specific, verifiable cases of service failure attributable to our platform.
  • We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect details provided by the user (e.g., wrong meter number, smartcard, or phone number).
  • All prices displayed include applicable service and convenience fees.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability. However, certain technical factors, scheduled maintenance, or third-party service outages may affect service continuity. While we work to restore services quickly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Third-Party Services

Many services on our platform are enabled via licensed third-party APIs and payment gateways. While we vet these providers, PayOkuk is not liable for downtime, inaccuracies, or failures caused by third-party systems. We will, however, make every effort to resolve such issues promptly on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PayOkuk – including logos, trademarks, system design, text, and source code – is the exclusive property of Kpe Okuk Solutions Limited and may not be copied, reused, or modified without prior written consent.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate any of these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe violation or abuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, PayOkuk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform or reliance on third-party services integrated therein.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayOkuk, its affiliates, staff, and service partners from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or misuse of any services offered herein.
